Staggering an opponent causes them to be dazed for a brief moment from the sheer force of the attack, dropping their arms to their sides.
Battlborn
Battleborn use the Essence to enhance their physical abilities, their spells are grounded in physicality and directly affect their weapons and body.

Duration: A few seconds (RP appropriate)
You make a rallying speech, those in the immediate area are able to temporarily ignore their injuries, surging forward for a few seconds before once again succumbing to their injuries.
Weapon Adept
Weapon adepts focus more on their training and perfecting their skill with a weapon, rather than relying on Essence to enhance them.

This is a call to an enemy, if engaged in combat and a weapon adept says “Let’s Dance!” it is assumed they are more skilled than their opponent, leading to their victory. IF the opponent responds with the same then it is back to equal footing and the fight continues as normal.

To perform an assassination you must approach a target unseen from behind. Tap the target on the shoulder twice and wave your weapon in front of their face. (Do not run the weapon across their neck.)
Shadow Dancer
Using the Essence to blend into the shadows, these rogues are effective in the dark.

If a rogue wears a hood and a mouth covering in a darkened area they are harder to detect. (This is a roleplay mechanic for the crew, they should attempt to avoid any players that are clearly trying to hide while wearing a hood and mask, if the player is clearly within light, ignore this.)
Assassin
Assassins are lethal with poisons and quick strikes, focusing on precise, high-damage attacks.
Venomous Blade

While it has no immediate effect, venom can quickly take over a person. Anyone affected by Venom has around two minutes before they succumb to the venom, knocking them unconscious or killing them. In that time they need to find a healer.

Rangers have the ability to fire bows, if this hits an unarmoured or lightly armoured target they are immediately killed or maimed to the point of no longer being able to fight.

Trackers use the Essence to enhance their senses to be able to traverse the environments around them.

The Tracker is able to follow signs and tracks leading them toward their target. (This can be done in two ways, firstly you can follow markers on the floor that point toward encounters etc. after a bit of RP. If need be you can also interact with any ref’s to be led toward a certain place.)
Wanderer
Wanderers can commune with the environment around them, often called druids.

The Wanderer can commune with nature gaining information about local dangers, hidden paths and the wildlife in the area as well as anything that is out of place. It is possible for strong forces to interfere with this ritual and cause the information to be warped or incorrect, though this is rare, and often obvious to the caster.
