This is a short ritual that can be cast on the battlefield (~2 mins) It causes any target to be immediately healed to full health as long as they still have strength within them, it will not revive a target.

Greater Miracle

Duration: -

This ritual is a communion with a higher power. The Cleric can contact their deity asking for a miracle to be cast, they can ask for anything. If the deity deems the request noble and respects the use of this powerful spell then they will respond with the cost of what is needed for the miracle to be cast this can be instant, or given to the Cleric in a dream. This can be used to revive a fallen companion though not often is that wish granted and the cost is great.

Divine Clerics focus on the restoration of health and the removal of harmful effects.

Lay on Hands

Divine Archetype

Call: Heal!

Range: Weapon/Target

Components: Essence Root

Duration: Instant

The Cleric calls on divine energy to heal minor injuries on the target, giving them enough strength to get back into the fight, any heavier injuries will require the target to seek greater healing.

Domain of the Exorcist

Exorcists specialise in banishing dark spirits and undead.

Turn Undead

Exorcist Archetype

Call: Begone from this place!

Range: Weapon

Components: Essence Root

Duration: Instant

If used on an undead creature, this spell can either force the undead to cower, run in fear or crumble instantly depending on the strength of control over the undead, if used on a living creature it will have no effect.

Paladin

Paladin’s are Warriors that have sworn to serve a higher power, as such they have the same innate ability as that of a Warrior.

Avatar of War

Warrior Innate

Call: I stand here!

Range: Self

Components: Personal

Duration: ~30 Seconds

You ignore all your injuries, standing up instantly, and those you would take for a few seconds, you can stagger enemies at will (still making the usual call) once your surge has ended you must fall to your knees, exhausted from the physical exertion. ~30 seconds

Templar

Templars focus on protecting allies and smiting evil, drawing upon their devotion to light.

Range: Self

Components: Personal, Essence Root, Shield

Duration: Battlefield Ritual

The Paladin thrusts their shield into the air while continuously praying or chanting to their god. This creates a barrier of protection around them, while they continue to chant creatures around them cannot attack through the barrier, and likewise the Paladin cannot attack, this is impenetrable defence as the cost of offense.

Smite

Templar Archetype

Call: Smite!

Range: Weapon

Components: Personal, Essence Root, Great-Weapon

Duration: Instant

With a mighty blow from their weapon, the Paladin smites their enemy staggering them in the process. This has a chance to stagger those immediately around their target.

 

Stagger

Duration: Instant

Staggering an opponent causes them to be dazed for a brief moment from the sheer force of the attack, dropping their arms to their sides.

Oathbreaker

Oathbreakers are Paladins who have forsaken their vows and now wield corrupted powers.

Dark Pact

Dark Pact Archetype

Call: No call/Heal!

Range: Weapon/Self

Components: Essence Root/No Cost

Duration: Instant

The Oathbreaker can use their dark pact to draw power from a target or into another. This effect has two uses:

The Oathbreaker can pull the strength of a target into themself, healing minor wounds, this costs them an Essence root.

The Oathbreaker can push their own essence into a target, healing the target of their minor wounds, but wounding themselves in the process, this has no cost.

This allows the Oathbreaker to heal allies with the power of their enemies.
